We all share the same priority: delivering exceptional care to our patients. To sustain that commitment, we must strengthen our region’s financial performance. Evergreen 3.0 is our focused, systemwide approach to restoring financial stability and supporting long-term growth. We are using data-driven strategies to address the significant challenges facing healthcare today. By the end of 2027, we aim to achieve a positive EBIDA (earnings before interest, depreciation, and amortization), returning to a healthy financial position that allows us to reinvest in our caregivers, facilities, technology, and the communities we serve.
Where we’re focusing
We’re prioritizing four areas that offer the biggest opportunities for improvement:
Growth: attracting and caring for more patients
Rate: strengthening the contracted payments we receive from payers
Yield: ensuring we’re paid accurately for the care we deliver
Cost: reducing waste and operating more efficiently
Across all four areas, we’ve identified more than 130 initiatives with the potential to generate up to $300 million in cost savings and increased revenue.
