As we move into winter, please review these updates to the parking garage, 2026 parking permits, and the resources available to you:

Parking Permits for 2026

Please complete your vehicle registration form and pick up your new parking permit before Jan. 1, 2026. Display the pass in your vehicle to follow parking rules. The pass is valid on the campus of St. Vincent Regional Hospital, at offsite clinics, and at Intermountain-designated areas at Montana State University Billings. Parking permits are available at Guest Services. Download and fill out this Vehicle Information Form for your vehicle registration.

Winter Safety

Groundskeepers at St. Vincent and MSUB will work to keep walkways and parking lots safe by clearing snow as much as possible during storms. Plans for snow piling and removal have been established to minimize any parking impact. To report any concerns about icy or slick spots, please contact the Snow and Ice Hotline at 406-237-4ICE (406-237-4423).

SVRH Parking Garage Updates

As of Nov. 1, both east and west sides of the third floor of the parking garage, including the ramp, are open to caregivers, adding approximately 95 additional parking spaces. Please continue to prioritize garage parking for caregivers working in Yellowstone Medical Center.

Walking Map

Many locations on Montana State University Billings are within walking distance of St. Vincent. Refer to the walking map for the most well-lit, maintained and patrolled paths throughout campus and to St. Vincent Regional Hospital.
