Lutheran Hospital 2026 Physician of the Year Award Nomination Form

Last year’s annual meeting looked like an alien space craft smashed into a medical waste center and the debris and all survivors plunged into a chic western bar. (That last part is accurate.) That’s what we get for planning our Annual Medical Staff Meeting & Dinner during the same week as Halloween and for inviting people who play as hard as they work, and who genuinely enjoy each other’s company.

What really resonates from the annual event, regardless of the wild theme or even without one, is the love and respect our physicians have for each other. The Physician of the Year Award is so special because it grows from the deep commitment you have for your colleagues, the hospital you call home and the patients you care for together.

Please take a moment to nominate for this award the physician who inspires you with exceptional clinical skill, tireless support of the team, loyalty to Lutheran, innovative approach to healing, willingness to teach, and whatever quality you feel elevates the medical staff and the care we provide together. Nomination are due by Saturday, Aug. 1.
