Physician and APP Experience Survey underway

We value the perspective of our physicians and APPs every day. During the next few weeks, we are actively seeking your feedback through the annual Physician and Advanced Practice Professional Survey. The survey runs now through Tuesday, Nov. 11.

Each survey was customized to reflect your role and professional relationship with Intermountain Health, ensuring that every physician and APP receives the version most relevant to their experience. You can share feedback on up to three hospitals where you treat patients on topics that reflect what matters most to you.

• Affiliated (non-employed) physicians and APPs: The survey is focused on your experience at Intermountain Health hospitals where you treat or refer patients. 

• Employed physicians and APPs: The Q4 Share Your Voice Survey administered to all employed caregivers includes additional questions about your clinic and hospital experience. 

If you’ve been a member of at least one of our medical staffs for more than 90 days, check your inbox for an email sent on Tuesday, Oct. 28, from CaregiverExperience@listening.cx.intermountainhealth.org. It includes a link to the online Qualtrics survey.

• Affiliate physicians and APPs: The survey was sent to your email address on file in the credentialing system.

• Employed physicians and APPs: The survey was sent to your @imail.org address.

The survey takes approximately 10 minutes to complete. Your responses are completely confidential, and participation is optional. We hope you will take a few moments to share your voice, as your insights help us strengthen support for physicians and APPs across all care settings.
