St. Mary’s Outpatient Pharmacy Now Open
St. Mary’s new outpatient pharmacy opened on Aug. 17. It was designed to make it easier for Intermountain patients to access the medications they need before leaving the hospital and during follow-up care. It also creates a new option for St. Mary’s caregivers to fill eligible prescriptions.
Better discharge experience: Patients can receive medications at bedside through our “meds to beds” service or arrange for onsite pickup before they go home.
Expanded access: The pharmacy serves hospital discharge patients, Intermountain clinic patients, Intermountain specialty clinic patients, and St. Mary’s caregivers and their family members.
Specialty medications available: Patients prescribed specialty medications through Intermountain clinics can access more complex medications while staying connected to their team.
Pharmacy hours: Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.-6 p.m., with the potential to expand based on patient and caregiver needs.
Location: First floor in the “old pharmacy.” From the main hospital lobby (entrance 1), take the elevator or stairs to the first floor. Go down the Mission hallway and through the double doors. Intermountain Pharmacy St. Mary’s will be straight ahead.
