He was very professional, knowledgeable, communicated very well what was happening and what the tests were for — also very kind. Excellent experience in the Emergency Room. We were seen very quickly, our concerns were taken seriously, and I felt like everyone took the time to explain everything and take care of my son. I’ve never had to take one of my kids to the ER before, and I was so grateful to have a place where I felt my son was genuinely cared for.
