Affiliate login to MyIntermountain, other tools soon will change
Transition to affect affiliated physicians and APPs with iLogin accounts only
As part of Intermountain Health’s ongoing efforts to strengthen security, an upcoming change might affect how you access Intermountain systems.
All affiliated physicians and advanced practice professionals who currently use an iLogin account will transition to an imail2 account. This transition already has begun and will continue through the next several weeks.
Here is what you need to know:
Existing iLogin accounts will be retired and replaced with imail2 accounts.
After the transition, you will use your imail2 account to access MyIntermountain, as well as all tools that rely on Microsoft authentication and some clinical or scheduling platforms, such as QGenda.
Your password will remain the same.
The transition will begin mid to late April and is expected to be completed by the end of May.
You will receive direct email communication from our Digital Technology Services department with your imail2 account information and clear guidance on when to begin using the new account.
This will affect affiliated physicians and APPs with iLogin accounts only. Affiliated physicians who already have imail2 accounts will not experience a change. Further, employed physicians and APPs, who already have imail or imail2 accounts, will not experience a change either.
Please reach out to your Medical Staff Services office with any questions. Thank you for your flexibility as we take steps to strengthen the security of our systems.
