Eleven St. James Clinicians Receive Kudos

We’re deeply grateful to all physicians and advanced practice professionals who provide care so exceptional and compassionate that patients take the time to contact us and make sure we know how fortunate we are to have you on our medical staff. We know, and we love hearing about it! This month, it’s our pleasure to recognize 11 clinicians who received kudos from patients.

Edward Amberg, PA-C, worked quickly and efficiently as part of my care team, in a calming and caring way. He was amazing and cared a great deal for me and my health, and was very easy to understand in laying out next steps.

Shane Mass, PA-C, treated me with kindness from triage to discharge. He listened to me, ordered X-rays, and advised that a lidocaine patch was the way to treat my injuries.

Alan Mayer, MD, and the two nurses on duty did an excellent job and got me going again. I will always be grateful to them, plus A1 Ambulance — they were all the best!
