Questions about survey at end of Share Your Voice

Physicians and APPs taking the Share Your Voice survey have asked questions about the KLAS survey that appears at the end. Below please find answers to those questions.

  • KLAS is separate from Share Your Voice. Although it appears at the end of the SYV survey, it does not affect SYV completion or SYV results.

  • KLAS is an Intermountain Health research partner that gathers feedback about Epic utilization and the overall Epic user experience.

  • The inclusion of KLAS following SYV was intentional and is not a phishing attempt.

  • The KLAS survey is presented only to Epic users, and participation is optional.

  • While KLAS asks participants to enter their name for an additional level of Epic-user validation, responses remain confidential.

  • In the past, findings and planned actions resulting from KLAS feedback have been shared through Lead Informed. We anticipate similar follow-up from this survey.

Thank you for your questions about this! Your feedback about both the survey experience and its impact has been shared with HR and SYV leadership so it can be considered going forward.

Thank you also for participating in Share Your Voice, and please encourage your colleagues to do the same. Your feedback matters, particularly during a time of continued change, and SYV remains an important opportunity to share what is working and where we need to do better.
