The following medication classes were harmonized at St. Mary’s this month, effective June 26.

Please note that there are classes of medication that we haven't yet harmonized in Epic, but we will continue this process over the next few months. Please use Epic as the best resource for what we currently carry during this transition time.
The LMA will push the provider to the formulary agent and for medications like ACEi, will include a table with equivalent dose but that dose doesn't automatically populate in Epic. Double-check dosing during verification.
